Sorry I have not posted latly But I am busy Catering for my sons Wedding Reception, Doing a big Buffe do in the 60/70s style catering for about 90 guests useing all the skills that I learnt from the Army cooks that we had, so I will send Photes next week for your comments Take care

I shall be at the celebrations with Margaret and I am very interested to see how the food turns out. I will give all watching the truth about apples cooking skills.!
He does need an urgent visit to 'Spec Savers' so I would not be at all surprised if he makes mistakes like roasting a lobster when he thinks it is a beef joint, or, hands out glasses of cows milk whereby they should be chilled glasses of Italian Conegliano Prosecco wine.!! Bless.!
All will be revealed on my return.!!

We had a superp day yesterday all went very well I have sent Les Three Photos of the Buffet to put up and I will hope to see some comments on the Army Style Catering, We all so had a mini reunion with Sid and Margaret Flower, Mike and Margaret Sinden, and Patricia Blackburn,

Cannot fault at all 'Apples' Wedding Buffet. I spent 4 days with the family and 'Apps' (although really suffering with a newly pinned left ankle) went through the pain barrier many times and his catering would have put the Sgt's Mess to shame.! Incredible food and thoroughly enjoyed by the 80 Guests. Best moment for me is that all the younger element of the Cox family, all sat down and had a conference about ME.!! They all agreed that I am now a member of the Cox family, and they call me 'Uncle Mike'.!! Bless.!! Again 'Apples' well done mate indeed a full credit to you.!

Thank you mike for your kind words It was a very good day made better by the precents of you and Margaret, Sid and Margaret Flower and Patricia Blackburn , It was hard week getting it sorted but with the younger Cox element on hand with their new uncle and aunt to guide them it was OK Thomas and William are calling you Great Uncle Bulgaria The Womble of Lyminge "Chuckle" And thank you Les for posting the Photos

Thomas and William do not know that when they return from holiday, they might have 'Apple' pie beds to get into. Great Uncle Bulgaria indeed I will show them.!!!! Chuckle x 6000. But, I love them to bits. They love sport and work hard at school. Just like I did. No comments please.!!!!!!!!
