Apples sorry about your pedal car but I just had to have it.!! With regards to push bikes so many BUT when I was a youngster (only a few years ago) my Mum gave me her old Raileigh push bike, and I had a 'stink' wheel put in the back wheel. Throttle on the right handle bar. Pedal off and engage the motor. My mate had one as well and we used to race each other from my house in Faversham, to his house in Sheldwich, and we must have been doing 10 mph but it felt like 100mph. Those were the days. Anyone else had one of those 'Stink' wheels.?? Mike

I've flown on most of the planes mentioned in the list and I've jumped out of a couple not mentioned. There was a free fall parachuting course while we were stationed in Northern Ireland in 1970 at RAF Ballykelly. We were supposed to do 15 jumps in all, but the most we managed were 9 due to the weather. Out of the 7 of us from 3 Queens that went on the course, only two of us finished it, myself and Prof Bull, and we were the only two to actually do a free fall and open our own parachutes. All the others pulled out. We even learnt how to pack a parachute, and had to pack our own parachutes after every jump. The last time I jumped again was eight years ago on my 60th birthday, but that was a tandem skydive. I can jump out of a plane, but I can't climb a ladder!
